Radio & Electronics Rally

The 23rd Harwell ARS annual Radio and Electronics Rally took place on Sunday 9th February 2020 at Didcot Leisure Centre, Mereland Road, Didcot OX11 8AY

As usual the rally consisted of some 50 traders occupying around 120 tables selling a mixture of new and second hand equipment, antennas, surplus electronics and components as well as tools, test equipment and other sundries. The traders were joined by club stands and special event groups. Homemade refreshments were available all day.

Sadly this was our last rally. After 23 years the decision was taken not to run the Harwell Rally in the future.  After Covid, the cost of accommodation for the rally rose substantially and the number of traders and visitors prepared to travel diminished, making the rally no long viable.
